Position: Street Soccer USA – Los Angeles Development Manager
Street Soccer USA is seeking an exceptional individual who is looking for an opportunity to lead and build. Street Soccer USA has secured seed funding in Los Angeles for this first of its kind position in the region.
The person hired will work directly with our Chief Executives and National Program Manager to oversee and develop Street Soccer USA Los Angeles. Supported by LA84 Foundation and the LA City Council, Street Soccer USA Los Angeles is well positioned to succeed.
The title for the position is Los Angeles Development Manager, however Street Soccer USA envisions this person growing into the the Executive Director role of Street Soccer USA Los Angeles as the organization establishes itself in the region.
Responsibilities includes management and administrative oversight of all program activities and staff, cultivation and solicitation of private donors by playing a lead role together with the support of C-Level SSUSA staff in building a Street Soccer Los Angeles Board of Directors. The position will also be responsible for relationship management and program/partnership development with foundations, elected officials, government agencies, corporate partners, and non profit partners etc.
The individual should posses strong professional skills, expertise in community engagement work, local knowledge, local relationships, be collaborative, self starting, entrepreneurial, mission driven, goal oriented, and fun loving.
