Lisa has gone above and beyond in her role as the Sacramento Program Director to be sure she is living out the mission and values of SSUSA solidifying relationships, making soccer happen anywhere and everywhere no matter what background an individual may come from and inspiring hope and instilling confidence in those she interacts with.

As Rob Stewart states, “Just for this moment, regardless of the circumstances, we can choose to do the next right thing…My hope is for you to see how people, just like you and me, are dramatically impacting life by doing the next right thing over and over again. They just never stop to think about it. You will hear the stories of people who are heroes and helping hands, taking one small step at a time in the middle of some serious “roadblocks.” What I have learned is the only thing standing in my way – is me. In these stories, I hope you can see how life’s biggest detours can lead you to your greatest destination, just by doing the next right thing. That is why I do what I do, for you to hopefully see you like I see you. I see you in your best light”.
